National College of Business and Arts (NCBA)
Established in 1968 at the corner of R. Papa and Lepanto Streets in Sampaloc, Manila between UE and FEU founded by the late Dr. Doroteo S. Pasion a former dean of Commerce in San Beda College and former Certified Public Accountant review director of the University of the East and former President of PSBA.
Upon its opening in 1968 there were only limited courses like Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts, Two Year course in Secretarial Administration and its own CPA review.

Today NCBA has three campuses NCBA-Taytay, NCBA-Fairview and its main Campus in NCBA-Cubao. Since its founding NCBA has endeavored continually in providing good quality education to equip young men and women with the skills and training to become responsible citizens and future leaders of this country.
