Ateneo de Zamboanga University
Ateneo de Zamboanga also know by the acronym AdZU is a Catholic and Jesuit university in Western Mindanao founded in 1912 by the Society of Jesuit and the oldest Jesuit university in the Philippines that caters to primary and secondary education for boys and in 1952 and later on became a college in 2001 of August.
AdZU operates in two campuses main is in La Purisima Street that houses the Colleges and Grade School and the new one is outside the Zamboanga City proper for High School units.
