Adventist University
A private Co-Educational Christian university affiliated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church that holds an autonomous status recognized by the Commission on Higher Education. AUP formally opened up in the year 1917 of June 12 with initial students of 24 boys and 12 girls as years passed by and due to the growing enrollment they then decided to purchase a bigger property which comprises 165 hectares in Putting Kahoy, Silang Cavite and transferred there upon the completion of the structure.
On August 1, 1996 in accordance with RA No. 7722 Resolution No. 132-96 series of 1996 CHED granted PUC University status entailing to change the name of the school from Philippine Union College to now known as the Adventist University of the Philippines that offers graduated courses like Arts and Sciences, Business, Education and Nursing Programs, Accountancy, Master in Business Administration and Master of Arts in Education.
Adventist University of the Philippines is located in Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite on the boundary of Laguna province.
